1. What time do you get up? What do you do after you wake up and get out of your house?

I often wake up at 6:00AM. I’m a morning person/ I’m an early bird.

After I get up, I do exercise for about 30 minutes, have breakfast, and then get out of my house.

2. What do you have for breakfast? Do you often cook or eat your breakfast outside? Do you often bring your lunch to the school or your office?

In order to have a good sleep, before, I go to bed, I often try to relax by listening to the music, read a book or do yoga for half an hour.
